For the first time in a long time, I'm blogging about something other than my business. I'm blogging about ME. Not only about ME, but about how I need to lose weight!
I'm going to be doing a 1500 calories a day, 3 month challenge. Along with that challenge, I will be doing moderate exercise 5 days a week. My exercise will be either riding a stationary bike for 30 min a day, or taking a 30 min walk.
This challenge will start today June 19th, 2010 and end September 19th, 2010.
I don't have a specific amount of weight I'd like to lose during this three months....however...I would like to start looking a feeling better about myself.
So, here...I...go!
